EDEY ARTIC DOORS
More than 1,000 Artic Doors are in Service on the Alaskan Pipeline. Since 1973, Edey has been the leading Supplier of Artic Doors to Standard Oil of Ohio and Atlantic Richfield. Working in Cooperation with such firms as Fluor Corporation, Ralph M. Parsons and Bechtel, Edey has developed an Artic Door Technology particularly suited to the Alaskan Climate. In the process, Edey original designs and specifications have set the standard for Artic Door manufacture.
Because of their unique double-seal and double thermobreak construction, edey doors will not freeze shut-even with temperatures of -70 degrees outside and +70 degrees inside. They require no electric heating or defrosting device. And they will not leak snow. The specially formulated epoxy-based paint used in Edey artic doors does not chip, crack or peal, regardless of temperature extremes and hard usage. Sturdy design, rugged materials and nearly three decades of insulated door technology are combined in every Edey Artic Door to provide protection against the elements and conserve vital energy.
Since 1936, Edey Manufacturing Company has been a mejor supplier of quality cooler, freezer and industrial doors. During this time, the company has developed sophisticated techiques for designing engineering and fabricating light-weight, high-quality, efficient, durable doors.
